How to Make Your Photo Fit Perfectly

1. Choose a Photo with Breathing Space

• Avoid placing people or objects too close to the edge
• Use photos with sky, background or open space
• The more background, the easier it is to crop cleanly

2. Adjust Position in the Design Tool

In our editor you can slightly move or zoom your photo to control what’s visible. Zooming out beyond the original file isn’t possible – so choose images with extra margin.

3. Spread Your Photo Across Multiple Hexagons

Sometimes one tile isn’t enough. Multiple tiles give space and create a stunning graphic effect:

• Wedding photo over 7–9 hexagons
• Landscape panorama over 16 hexagons
• Playful family photo as a mosaic

4. Be Careful with Faces

Faces across multiple tiles can be broken up by the small gaps between Shapes^®:

• Keep faces on a single tile where possible
